Lexicon customer service
I recently bought a Lexicon DC1v2 made in 1997. It displays the build date when it first powers up. The only promblem I had was a randomly blinking red lite. I tried power down and power up with no luck.
I called Lexicon and the person I needed to talk to was tied up right then. So they ask for my cell number and they'll have him call me.He did call me about 20 minutes later and had the answer to my problem, instantly.
My point is that's great customer service. Just wish we had more like that.
