A little late to this party...
I have been enjoying my MP64 for a couple of years now. When you rip a CD into wav64, it gets in only limited metadata. Assuming you are using the dbpoweramp as setup by Sam and Mark, you will have the track number as part of the file name. You can go to the album in jriver, order the tracks based on file name, select all tracks, right click and chose fill track # from filename. Be careful you don't select more than one album as the track numbers can get mixed up.
