My Sony XA7ES CD player is in need of a new laser unit. It the KSS-273A unit with the Sony part # 8-848-368-11. I know it has been discontinued, but does anyone know where I may still find one for sale?
Call Sony at 1-866-357-6230. It is located in Laredo, Tx. I had 2 or 3 Beta VCR's repaired there. Very courteous and they did very good work. Ask for Adrien, but anybody can help you. Good luck.
