It's possible the problem is bad capacitors in the channel where the problem shows up. How old is the amp? If you don't know the history of the amp, I would take it to a repair shop and purchase new matched tubes before using the amp. The problem could damage your speakers, which would be a disaster for all of us.
I had a similar problem on my Sonic Frontiers Power 2 amp. It turned out to be a cap in that channel.
