if you would read thru the whole web site there is a option to set up a account

which covers service, warrenties, and contacts though it might not be populated yet

Yes i to spoke to Rhondi 4 months ago before i  purchased my illusion and ibias 300xd when I upgraded from my previous Krell gear , Rhondi always took the time out  to talk to her customers.
