Kings of leon....

I know these hipsters are huge in the UK...and the Strokes comparisons are fair in both fashion sense and chiming 2-guitar,walking bass lines, and that famous drum back beat...but the KIngs do distinguish themselves with a southern, raspy throat vocalist...and a more aggressive sound(at times channeling the MC5/stooges)...at any rate...their latest is a great record....the 2 slower tracks are probably the only real letdown...any thoughts?
