Kharma Exquisite Midi - different versions?

I’m confused by the different versions of Kharma Midis, I’ve seen versions referred to as 1d, 1e, 1f, as simply Kharma Reference, and also as Midi 1.0, Midi 1.1...

Can someone provide a list of important differences in versions? The more complete the better, but in particular what is the name of the last version before the new Omega drivers, and the name of the newest Omega driver version? I’ve seen large differences in price between Midi Reference speakers, was there a large change at some point(s) in the speaker history? If so, when did this happen?

With the Veyron series, will the Exquisite Midi be discontinued?
