kenwood digital stereo amplifier DA-07

Hi, can any body help me, i have this amp and im trying to find more info on it. on the amp itself it says:kenwood digital stereo amplifier DA-07, i have found a little info that says its a luxman amp,if this is so, why does it have kenwood on it, also, i am looking for the pre amp to drive this amp,its the av stereo controller amp DC-07. I would be grateful for any info that anyone can supply.thanx
