Just an opinion on my experience with Parasound Service


I bought a Parasound Halo Integrated to gift it to dad a while back.  I forgot to write my experience with their customer service and tech support.  My dad does works internationally and has access to 240V only.  It was one of the most seamless help I got from an amplifier company.  Usually, a problem like mine is so petty that companies, in my past experience, make sure they charge to make it their worth while and sometimes brush you off.  However, Parasound sent me all I needed without denting my wallet for a small service and they were super chill about it too.  It was so pleasant that I wanted to give a shout out to them.  This happened 4ish years ago and I forgot to give them this shout out.  I only remembered because my dad told me today that he loves his Parasound and ProAC combination.
