jumping back in, where should i start?

Hi, I have owned cary, belles, joule, and audio physic tempo's. all has been sold and am back to my first system that gave me a taste of what hi fi can be. I am wanting to upgrade but just not sure where to start, or how much of a difference will i see by bi amping my speakers? Currently I have b&w 630 speakers with a rotel rb980 power amp with a 940 tuner/preamp with a 991 cd player, i am wanting a warmer sound with fuller sounding bass. mostly listen to blues, rock, thank you for any info.Scott

my thinking and i may be wrong but, i was thinking the woofer should move more even at low volume, if it has the correct amount of power?
WHAT SPEAKERS? MAYBE AUDIO PHYSICS TEMPO 2,? LOOKING FOR BANG FOR BUCK EQUIPMENT
OK BOUGT THE LMPS DYI SPEAKERS ON THE SPEAKER FORUM AND THE JUICY PEACH NOW WHAT?
Ok got my new speakers at first thought they lacked bass but have come around to the idea that they are right and the b&w has to much bass. The new speakers are 91 db. The rotel sounds fine with the speakers and everything is much more listenable since the juicy music peach arrived ,however I want more control and heft the rotel doesn't seem to push the speakers very well at low volume.will more watts do that or should I look in a different direction? I was thinking about a used Ayer v3? Not more watts but would probably control the speakers better. What are your opinions? Thanks,Scott
No, what i am saying is the speakers should sound full at a reasonable volume and that should only increase with volume not the sound it self.
ok, how about this will a more powerful amp make the speakers sound fuller or more controlled at the same volume as a less wattage amp?
