I have used Jriver, Amarra (old version), Twonky, Audirvana, Foobar2K, Roon, Linn Kinsky and Linn Kazoo.
For local playback using USB, I found Amarra to be best, but only the older version I use.
For Networked audio, I found the combination of Linn Kinsky/Minimserver/BubbleUPnP to deliver the best SQ from local files.
For streaming, I believe Linn Kazoo is probably the best choice, combined with Minimserver and BubbleUPnP.
Lumin is worth a try.
