I was interested in the brand but after numerous attempts leaving messages also I gave up trying to talk with customer service or whatever they have about a purchase....oooh well

Hi Peter, To eliminate the "middle" man and keep costs down, Jeff, like others in the industry, is gravitating to "direct" sales. But if you can audition, hopefully in your system prior to purchasing, that is certainly the best option. As you may know, JA is way under the hi end transducer commercial "radar" but offers extremely musically engaging speakers for, IMO, a reasonable price. I owned the Pulsars (with a single REL sub) for several years which replaced my MBL 116’s. They never disappointed sonically. Outstanding price / performance ratio. All the press accolades are well deserved. No hype, just music. Good luck. Gordon
