The same thing just happened to me (albeit for another model). I emailed the US office or distributor/representative of Jolida and they were terrific in mailing me a new one. Frankly, I thought it was odd that the manual wasn't posted on the website of the company in the PRC, but the folks in Maryland were most helpful.
