JjKT77 vs JJEL34's

I have a JOR with KT90's but am ready for a new sound. I tried the EH88's and was not happy. Anyone can tell me the difference in these 2 tubes. I guess I'm looking for...well I',m not sure really. Just something new and improved. The 90's can be a bit cold/steely. I like crisp highs and good bass. Mids I'm not really interested about.
Ideas?
