Jessica Williams

For those of you who enjoyed her "Live at Yoshi's Vol.I"
release, Vol.II is a must buy CD. The MaxJazz label continues to turn out great recordings.

I heard the entire album of ":Live at Yoshi's" Volume one on the radio, and it was excellent. I even called the station to find out who it was. Jessica Williams is a great find for all Jazz fans, and for me, she was quite a discovery.

Check out Jessica's Blues. Less cerebral than much of her earlier work, but classy and fun.
I got my copy from her last week and recommend that anyone interested order directly from her at http://www.jessicawilliams.com/.
She's a marvelous pianist. And you're right about MaxJazz. My favorite Jessica/MaxJazz is "This Side Up," but I'll look for the two you mention. Dave
