Jeff Rowland Synergy power supply pin polarity.

I have a Jeff Rowland Synergy original without battery power supply(BPS-1)
So I'd like to make the battery power suitable for Synergy.
There are five pin at the power supply input terminal.
But I didn't know pin polarity.
Is there anyone who can help me?
