I've got the Alumen in my DIY 8008-Corner speakers by Troels Gravesen. They do sound excellent if you have not made a decision yet. Very natural and balanced sound. I also had Mundorf Supreme Gold/Silver on the same tweeter and they were good too, but maybe pushed the high frequency a bit more and had some pleasing coloration.

I am going to recap some speakers, I’ve been using Mundorf Supreme with great results, but there is a new kid on the block that are the Alumen. They are priced a little bit more then supreme, and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them, other than the humble hifi.
The speakers require about 400 UF worth of caps, so my choices are limited as I don’t want to spend anymore then that range.
