So, if you use plastic outlet boxes and dedicated lines with hot/neutral/ground wires, you have in effect isolated your ground regardless of the outlet used, correct?

Looking for a good recommendation on an outlet. I would guess the isolated ground outlet would be better. Is it better because it reduces electrical noise? What is the difference versus a self ground.
