Is Melos Audio Restoration out of business?

Hi
I need at least a schematic of a 200 Watt mono amplifier (Melos 400).
We changed the Motoral IC for the automatic bias control and the amplifier swings now. Hard to fix that without schematic. May there is some one in the scene can help me.
