Is it possible to not see all the albums / CDs for sale?

Recently on the for sale side there seem to be a great deal of albums and CDs for sale. Sometimes it takes up a whole page or more. Is it possible to automatically filter those out so I only see the audio equipment listings? Not just with the filters on the left pane to view specific equipment, but rather I want to see all audio components except the albums and CDs.
