Is Coherent Source Service Still In Business?

Their telephone number doesn't have a voicemail set up and I have not had a response to an e-mail inquiry.

Mr. Rob Gillum is a one-man Operation. It takes a few days for him to respond, especially, around the year-end Holidays.  Hang in there.

Feel free to join us over on the Thiel Owners thread as well. I look forward in reading more about your Musical tastes and system.

Happy Listening!

Thanks very much for the warm response. I have a beautiful pair of CS 3's that my uncle bought new in 1984 when I was 18. I have the original sales receipt, boxes, literature, etc. He had a large jazz LP collection and each time I visited he would play something and ask what I thought. I got hooked on jazz.

I have happy memories of these speakers, and my intention is to keep them. They need tweeters, and there is an issue with the bass equalizer. So I am on the path to remedy those 2 issues.

I have been around mid to higher end audio for many years - I used to work for the short-lived Cello Music and Film Systems in the late 90's and we sold the wonderful Cello gear that Mr. Mark Levinson designed. Late 90's.

I'll look for you in the Thiel Owners thread.

Thanks Again,

Jim

CSS is indeed in business and servicing us Thiel owners.    He shipped me outriggers for my 2.4s a couple of days ago.   On track to be here by Monday.
