Is a Linn Sondek LP12/Lingo/Ekos with a Cirkus update, the last turntable I’ll ever buy?

Opinions, experiences, cartridges and preamps used?

I as the OP would like to hear from the folks that don’t like Linn turntables, what other tables besides Technics which I think sells for about $1000,00 would be a better table than the Linn LP-12. Any other Concrete suggestions New or Used?
The table has been around 48 years? Right..
Power Supplies - Vahalla, 4 Lingos
Power Supply/Motor - Radikal
Sub Chassis - Original, Kore, Keel
Bearing - Original, Cirkus, Karosel
Base - Trampoline, Solid.
I'm just learning about this table, but are there more upgrades I haven't listed? I understand that there are many 3rd party upgrades also, but I'm only counting Linn upgrades. As someone who is just learning about the Linn LP-12. It seems that isn't an inordinate amount of upgrades for 48 years. It would seem to me that Linn has done a good job of keeping their turntable relevant.

I'm not counting Arms or phono pre-amps

My Linn owner friend knows of a table for sale that he is familiar with. He also knows of a “Linn whisperer” in town. My townhouse is on a slab... foot falls not a problem.
I also have a Harmon Kardon C65 turntable that has the nickname “Poor mans Linn Sondek” it is a suspension table.
Great table but the arm is awfully light.
lewm,
I don't know about already totally having my mind made up. This was sort of a surprise, having this table come available. I was really in the process of improving my digital side of my system. This is really somewhat of a broadside. At 2400.00, if this is great deal and it will substantially upgrade my analog side... I'm for it. My system consists of
Marantz TT-15 with a Hana SL, Musical Surroundings Nova Phonomena, MicroZOTL mz2, Pass XA-25 and Zu Omen Speakers.

I'm interested in the tables that I could get for $2400.00 that would sound better. That is why I started this thread is suggestions... bring them on!
I appreciate your suggestions

The table I'm considering is a used LP12 with Lingo/Ekos mk1 with a Cirkus update. I know that a new Linn LP12 can cost between $4500.00 and $25,000.00.
Thanks daveyf
I spent some time talking to Thomas O'Keefe, from Overture Audio, who is a master LP12 set-up person. He made it clear how crucial set-up is. It was a very informative conversation. Again thanks for your comments.
Any comments about using a Hana SL and a Musical Surroundings Nova Phonomena with the LP-12?

thanks for the information, I will look into the upgrades. I don’t have possession of the table yet. My friend is selling his friends audio equipment for his widow. He doesn’t want to rush her. I’m in no hurry.
Saburo-In the last few days I’ve watched several videos on the LP 12. It didn’t look that hard to me.

As the originator of this thread, I’d like to inform everyone that I did purchase an LP-12 for $2300,00. My friend came over with the Linn and we played the same albums on the Marantz tt15 and the Linn, with the Hana SL cartridge. The difference in bass, warmth and detail was obvious. Except for the Technics, no one else really came up with viable alternative for $2300.00. I’m thinking of buying a Techncs in the future for my Denon DL103.
I’ve playing Albums continuously, since.
Thanks for everyone’s comments. I’d also be interested in Learning about successful Linn upgrades.
