Ipod Touch with Wadia using Squeezetouch

When using Ipod Touch docked on a Wadia 170 itransport feeding Flac trough Squeezetouch from Squeezebox server, is there limitations such as playing 88 khz Flac?
Are the Flac passing trough the Squeezbox server arriving intact to the DAC after the Wadia?
