iOS audio processor

Hello,
I am looking to have live audio input to a tablet running iOS, processed in realtime, and output to headphones with minimal latency. The audio will be vocals with background noise, and the desired output quality does not have to be great, but just have the speech recognized clearly with reduced noise. Does anyone know of a simple iOS processor that can do this?
