Integra Research RDC-7 with UPG-2?

I have this Integra amp and I'm trying to sell it for a friend. I'm not an audiophile, so I'm over my head on this thing.

Is this a "7.1" because of the upgrade UPG-2? How do I call this critter?

What would people pay for this (a low but reasonable price)?

What is the method of shipping that people prefer? I've never shipped anything this heavy.

Any other advice before I jump in and put it up for sale?
