Installing SDS Labs Cap board power supply PAS 3

Just installed a sds cap board for a dynaco pas 3 and the amp is not working right. I only have ouput from the amp at high amplitude. Im sure that the components are soldered right and the soldering is good. Only wires in question are the blue ones that go in between the diodes and caps, and my transformer fills are white wires and i dont know what to do with those. Can someone please explain how to wire this board please?
