I have a little experience with Rega tables, but not with the Clearaudio cartridge that you are switching to.
The need for VTA adjustment is a very real possibility.
There is a very simple piece, available from Easyriser, for the Rega tables. Also, you will need a decent protractor, and a sylus pressure guage.
I have had really good luck dealing with the guys at The Needledoctor; needledoctor, com. They are very knowledgeable, and you can find all the tools that you will need.
Also, you can talk to Bill at Lauerman Audio, in Knoxville, Tn. He is the service tech for the importer of Rega tables.
You can contact him at RealHif@aol.com.,or 865-521-6464.
But I would try the guys at The Needle Doctor, first. They will be a lot quicker.
Hope that helps.
Mike
