Information that may be of interest to Klipsch owners or wannabes


In searching the pre-owned section of HiFiHeaven earlier today, I notice both newer Forte and Heresy IIIs for sale that were either used or damaged. I thought the prices seemed attractive but I dont know the new retail prices so dont quote me. This may be a good opportunity if you choose to go down this path.

With little experience, a person can get used to patching, sanding and veneering. It really isn't that hard. A few hours of YouTube and you'll get it. 
I might have an advantage as I've always been a builder ... homes, cabins, etc. But honestly folks, it's not that hard!
My friend in Portland takes his speakers with damage to a local woodworker for repair. It seems that the prices were reasonable.
