I will travell to New York, would be glad to meet members

Me and my wife will travell from Sweden to New York and visit my daughter who has moved there permanently. Her husband has got a job I New York and they live on Staten Island near the ferry.
We would love if any audigon  meber in NY will meet with us to listen to their fine set up and perhaps have dinner out with us. We will be there between 1 and 10 of may.
i am a retired lawyer and my wife still works as a meteorologist 
Is there any high end shops in New York worth visiting?

Good point noromance, I lived in NY and VT and you do know the difference .  NY is still more scenic though.
Green Mountain valleys tend to be narrow and steep . One I lived in no sun after 3 PM . Few lakes in VT either except Champlain and that belongs to
NY as well .

I'm old and have traveled the world as few people have .

If there is anywhere in the world, much less the USA . that is as gorgeous as Upstate NY I haven't seen it .
Hudson Valley, Catskills , Adirondacts , Mohawk Valley, Finger Lakes, St. Lawrence Valley,Niagara, a true wonderland that seems to be world best kept secret .
