I.Q. TED 400 Speakers - time for new caps?

Hi
i have these tower speakers from Germany that a few of you were kind enough to comment on a few years ago. I recently looked inside and found a couple of boards with various windings, resistors, capacitors etc do you think it worth replacing these aged components? I have a couple of pics as well
