I Need Contact Info for Qobuz

I attended RMAF but was unsuccessful in finding anyone from Qubuz to talk to.  Does anyone have a USA phone number for them?  There Customer Service has not responded to any of my emails and I have some questions I want answered before I even start a trial.

Also, has anyone compared them to Tidal for the SQ of redbook (16/44.1) or Tidal MQA vs. Qobuz 24 bit FLAC?  I think pricing is the same so I'd like to hear the pros and cons if anyone has made the comparison.

They are, like some other companies, sneaky and dishonest about the terms of your subscription.  I looked carefully when I signed up to make sure I was signing up for a monthly subscription, but they billed me for an annual subscription, and it is non-refundable.  And they don't have a customer service line or even an online forum or email address to communicate with, so I guess so much for my $140 spent in the hopes that I would be supporting musicians and getting better audio quality.  Also their application, while it might offer some 24-bit content, which is nice, does have some technical issues at times, especially when you use multiple audio applications and audio drivers, and when these issues happen you have to reboot your machine to fix them.  And the features around discovering music and getting suggestions based on your tastes and listening habits are WEAK at best.  I won't be sad to cancel this subscription, but I'm sad that I didn't just spend that $140 buying albums off of Bandcamp.com.  Don't buy Qobuz.
