Hum from CDP

Just noticed a hum when my CDP starts playing. It isn't there when the unit is idle, only when it is playing.

Innersound Isis Speakers, biamped
Sonic Frontiers Power 2 on panels
ADCOM GFA 5800 on woofers
Shanling CD T-100
All plugged into a DIY Exodus JR Filter

Any ideas on the cause and correction?
