I have a MX-136 and a 93 and 103d Oppo’s. Use analog rca cables to connect the oppo to the analog inputs on the preamp. Just match the channels and your sub cable to the sub port on the MX-136 for sacd and dvd-Audio discs. I run a hdmi cable from the oppo to the McIntosh for video and a coax cable or toslink from oppo to McIntosh digital input for audio. I hope that helps.

I have a Oppo BDP-95 and Mcintosh MX- 136. How i can connect those 2 units to get the most of it? I use Hdmi for video but i don't now how to do the connection for audio and surround sound. Can somebody help me out.Thanks.
