It looks like the Halo A52 has balanced inputs and some higher quality or at least tighter-tolerance parts. There's an open-box one at audioadvisor for $1699.
The 5125 appears to have higher current-output but the a52 can put out more Watts at 4ohms (?)...i would conclude that the A52 would have a better time driving harder-to-drive speakers.
I haven't heard the A52, but the 5125 is a very clean sounding ever-so-slightly lean sounding amp.
