How good is the joule-Electra OPS1 phono amp?

Hello-  as my question reads- How good is the OPS-1 lets say compared to spending $4-5k on a used phono amp- as I can get one for $2K- It has the sep. power supply but just not sure how it rates with todays phono preamps- thanks
