I've listened to these at a friends (who now has 20T V-2), both love power to sound their best, preferably solid state.
As far as differences, we both preferred the 10T's over his 802D's, YMMV of course.
Don't be concerened about the 5K difference, if you make any move, find a deal on the Aerial 20T's, you'll be happy.
