How do I run all functions on a "I35 Prisma/dd35 package" with my tablet or the remote?

I just bought a Primare I35 prisma/dd35 package. It’s definitively very far from plug and play, and that has made me suffer a lot.

I want to be able to control different media from the app, as well as from the remote, and not be forced to use both of them. E.g. switch from listening to a radio station to listen to a cd. Or the other way around, without having to use both the primare app on my tablet and the remote control (as I could on my previous Naim system).

As it is now, I can see the buttons to run the cd-player in the primare-app, but nothing happens when I push them. What’s the problem??
