Hook up questison

I came into possession of a Nakamichi TA-1A Receiver Amp, NAD 3140 Amp and I have a pair of Pioneer CS911a speakers. Can I (should I), hook up everything together ?

When I listen to my iPod in my wood shop on a multi function radio, I just plug in the iPod. I'll do the same with these units I guess. I was considering a "Fatman" docking station but I don't need another amp unit.
