Holger at Erhard Audio amazing service

Recently, Holger was in the middle of a move and moves are rarely easy. They can slow down production and work schedules, yet, Holger made time to assist me regarding a couple of snags I had regarding tube preamp servicing that was needed and this man went above and beyond to help and that kind of service deserves mentioning. It's really nice to know that even after a few years have gone by, Holger at Erhard Audio stands behind his parts and products. So far my Aretha tube preamp has still been an absolute gem to this very day and if there were ever any technical snags or questions, Holger has always been there for me. I recently sent in a wonderful next generation PAS that had a technical issue that Holger didn't even assemble in the first place. Even still, Holger stood behind his parts which were used to construct it. That is unheard of, at least in my experience. I've never been a big fan of marketing because smaller companies like this are often overlooked because many fall into the traps of big marketing.
