Wow, that is a good question!!! I think you will need more than a translation software service since in music the syllables correlate to the time signature of the music. In addition, literal translation never seems to work right and the syllables will never time stamp correctly. I think your best bet would be to find a streaming service that streams in the language you want. Or, simply listen in the native language. I do that for music in several languages, even though I don't speak them.
