Hey tube guys

I was just out in my band room trying to play away some
Monday blues. I have 120wpc Tube amplifiers and cabinets I use when i need big sound (i use ss for practice). Us guitar guys love tubes we get that sweet saturated BROWN sound from them. Anyway something crossed my mind. I am new to the Gon and am not sure if this has been mentioned before but I thought there might be some new tube users that could save them selfs a tube or two.

When i first bought the tube amps they mentioned in the
owners manual that the head units should NEVER BE MOVED
when they are hot it can damage the tubes. I always make sure the amps get moved last when breaking down a gig since then. I know everyone here is not carrying around their amps on a daily basis BUT I do know that there are
people who are testing different tubes for sonic ability
and just wanted to pass it along. So let em cool first!

By the way... I do use a new "fancy high tech" ss for home system... It sounds a lot like like music. Even when the guitarists are using Tubes amps in the recording..Hmmm

So i say to all tube guys and ss guys... CANT WE ALL JUST
GET ALONG?

Best regards to all.

Is that the bong in this song?

Down came a jumbuck to dri-ink at that billaBONG

Up jumped the swagman and grabbed him with glee

And he sang as he stuffed that jumbuck in his tucker-bag

You'll come a-waltzing matilda with me.
Elgordo...

You forgot to say let your lighters cool between
bongloads also? Hey i was in a high school (once
or twice) too!

I think with Rodney King its more of a crack pipe
thing...
