If you are wanting to do the work yourself, you can hook the ground on your male RCA to pin 3 on your XLR cable and the + (Center) on your male RCA to pin 2 on your XLR cable. Note: You normally would not want hook your components up this way, but if you do not have XLR - XLR this will work for you.
