Help Pinnacle Rhino sub died

I have a Pinnacle Rhino sub about 2 1/2 years old used only at low volume for music. One day it sounded real boomy next thing nothing. The power light still goes on, the fuses look good  but no sound at all. Unfortunately Pinnacle has not responded to voice messages or email requests.
