Help Needed With Rock Music Trivia

Hi gang. I'm trying to find an answer for a friend who is trying to complete a trivia contest. She is allowed to ask for help, so this is O.K. She sent me a picture (cut from an album front) of a shirt-less, long haired guitar player - looks kinda like a 70's or 80's Rock/Glam/Hair/Metal band member to me.
