Help needed - Quicksilver Full Function Preamp

I'm asking on behalf of a friend who owns the FF preamp. He had to have the output caps replaced recently and when he got it back did not get the old parts. He's now wondering what the make and value was of the old caps. His unit was originally from the late 1980s, but in the early 90s was brought up to spec by Mike Sanders. The unit has the 6x4 rectifier tubes and the green LEDs in the phono section.

He'd contacted Mike, but was not able to get this info for something from that era. Does anyone have a model of this vintage and can maybe take a look and see what's there?
