Help identify Turntable Web Site ???

Can anybody lead me to the web site for a Turntable ? OK sounds odd, but I am trying to find this site again, and cannot remember the name. This is a guy in the US bulding a nice highend table, only one model I believe. He also uses a Jelco S shaped arm as his standard arm to keep initial cost down( he puts his name on the arm). Lastly he is also making a nice sand isolation base for turntables. If this means anything to you, please throw me out some names. I would like to see the site again for something I read there.
