Help: Do Subwoofer Cables make a difference in Sub Sound?

I heard obvious improvement when I went from an old spare cable to Kimber Hero cables from a recommendation. Better definition and focus. I will say, that the degree of what you may hear is dependent on your system. Sources, preamp, etc.. I also discovered that isolating my subs from my floor had the most profound improvement. But, that's my subs, my floor.
