Help: Classe CP47.5 owner w/ Logitech Harmony Remote

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a used Classé CP47.5 preamp. Everything works beautifully. The only thing is that the unit doesn't come with original remote control. I thought no problem since I use Harmony anyways. Well, turns out the power toggle code from my Harmony doesn't work, all other commands are fine. So here is the conundrum. I don't know if the Harmony code is wrong for the CP47.5 or if it's only my unit that has problem responding to the power toggle signal. To start the diagnosis, I am asking those of you who use Harmony with your CP47.5, does the power toggle command works for you?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Answering my own post. I am happy to say I've found a solution with the help of a company from Czech Republic that custom-makes remote controls. https://www.remote-control-world.eu/reviews

The long version is that the code in the Harmony database is wrong. The CP47.5 has its own HEX code for power toggle, which I was able to obtain from Classé customer service. I shared it with this company and they were able to make one for me.

I just want to share this story in case someone else is in the same shoe as me.
