Help. Cannot find cable wiring instructions.

I cannot find any clear instructions on how to build an interconnect cable or a tonearm cable and properly terminate it at an rca connector.

I've found lots of sites who sell parts, but i need instruction before buying the parts. I've found lots of references suggesting it can be done, but nothing specifically pointing to a manual on how to do it.

I would be grateful if you can point me to an instruction book or manual that explains how to build an interconnect cable and a tonearm cable. thanks, jeff
