look below... "No html but you may use mark up tags" click on markup tags. it's really easy.
Each tag must include both parts
Joe@domain.com - makes the email address clickable
http://www.dom.com - shows the address as clickable link
title - creates a link with a nice title
The [ and ] are square brackets, next to the letter P on your keyboard.
The second tag must have a forward slash / found under the ? on your keyboard.
Web addresses must start with http. It can be the address of a page OR a picture.
